BACKGROUND
YOGA -
Manisha is an experienced E-RYT 300 yoga teacher, holistic life coach, and founder of Inner Kaur Yoga, dedicated to guiding students on a transformative journey through movement, breath, and self-inquiry. She obtained her certification in Lake Atitlán, Guatemala, at Doron Yoga & Zen Center, where she immersed herself in the ancient traditions of Ashtanga yoga and Buddhist philosophy. Her studies deepened her understanding of classical yoga, discipline, and mindfulness, shaping the way she shares this wisdom with others.
With a passion for mobility, breathwork, and restorative practices, Manisha creates intentional spaces for students to explore the depth of their practice—whether through private sessions, group classes, or immersive retreats. She is the visionary behind Inner Kaur Yoga Retreats, curating experiences that weave together yoga, meditation, self-empowerment, and nature immersion.
Committed to lifelong learning, she continuously expands her knowledge under the guidance of mentors and integrates both traditional and modern approaches into her teaching. Through her work, she encourages students to cultivate inner strength, balance, and unity—both on and off the mat.

Manisha is a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach, dedicated to helping individuals cultivate deeper connections between mind, body, and spirit. Inspired by her own transformation, she pursued her certification in January 2023, expanding her expertise as a healer and wellness guide.
Her approach goes beyond physical well-being—she helps clients navigate their mental, emotional, and spiritual health, offering personalized guidance that fosters balance, resilience, and self-awareness. Through a holistic lens, she empowers individuals to align with their authentic selves, cultivate sustainable well-being, and step into their fullest potential.
